Ticket Purchase Terms
Effective October 9, 2026 · PURCHASE-2026-10-09
These terms apply when you buy, receive or use tickets sold through EventOS, the platform of DineWise Solutions LLC.
1. Who sells to you?
The seller of your ticket is the event ORGANIZER (the venue or promoter shown on the site and on your receipt). Your card is charged by the organizer through Stripe. DineWise only provides the sales technology and does not organize or take responsibility for the event.
2. Prices, charges and taxes
The organizer sets the price, service charges and applicable taxes. Before paying you will see the breakdown and total. The total you approve is what is charged.
3. Refunds
Refunds follow the organizer's policy, shown on the event site and before you pay. If the organizer has not published a policy, sales are final except for event cancellation or as required by law. To request a refund contact the organizer; if they approve a card refund, the money returns to the same payment method within your bank's timeframes.
4. Event changes or cancellation
Dates, times, artists and venue may change. If the event is cancelled or substantially changed, the organizer is responsible for informing you and offering the appropriate options (for example, refund or new date).
5. Your tickets and QR code
You will receive your tickets by email and can get them again on the organizer's "Didn't get your tickets?" page or in your account. Each QR code is valid for ONE entry (unless the event allows re-entry). Protect your QR: whoever presents it first gets in; shared screenshots or copies are your responsibility. Tickets obtained through fraud, unauthorized resale or duplicates may be voided without refund.
6. Assigning or gifting tickets
You can assign tickets to other people at checkout or from your account; reassigning generates a new QR and the previous one stops working. The organizer may prohibit resale or limit transfers.
7. Table passes
If you buy a table you will receive a "table pass" that identifies your reservation with the venue staff; each person enters with their own entry ticket.
8. Age, ID and venue rules
Some events have a minimum age: official ID may be required and entry may be refused without refund if not met. The organizer and venue may apply their admission, security and conduct rules and refuse or revoke entry for reasonable cause.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your purchase, contact the organizer first. Filing an unfounded chargeback may result in the tickets from that purchase being voided.
10. Accounts, points and gift cards
You may buy as a guest or with an account. Loyalty points and gift cards belong to each organizer's program, have no cash value and follow its conditions.
11. Communications
We will send transactional emails (receipt, tickets, event notices). You will only receive the organizer's promotional emails if you agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in the email.
12. Liability
DineWise is not responsible for the event, its content, changes, cancellations or what happens at the venue. To the extent permitted by law, DineWise's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.
13. Privacy
Your data is processed under the Privacy Notice. The organizer decides how it uses your data for its event and communications.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by the law of your state. For questions about your event contact the organizer; for questions about the platform: management@dinewisesolutions.com.
